However, work-life balance is the key to success and we help our employees to attain that by keeping flexible work hours and 5 days a week schedule. We want our resource to rejuvenate after working for five days and come back to work well-rested. We celebrate festivals in office and also give leaves t our employees for their personal and medical urgencies.

Besides these practices, we also motivate them at regular intervals with team activities and encourage them to come up with new and creative ideas for managing projects and related tasks. The office environment is kept lively by in-house activities and competition within teams and across as well. We value our resources and treat them as one family where the Human Resource department stays keen to hear their concerns, conflicts and provide a solution to resolve them quickly.

Birthdays are celebrated with vigor and several events are arranged including sports, food, yoga and health checkups to keep them engaged in the activities they like. Celebrating small moments with fun and frolic binds us together and grow together as a family.
